To further enhance our foreign trade risk management capabilities and standardize credit insurance workflows, our company organized a special training session hosted by China Export & Credit Insurance Corporation (Sinosure) on July 17. Staff from relevant departments including sales, documentation and finance attended the training.

The training content was closely aligned with the company’s actual business and highly practical. It systematically explained Sinosure’s core service system, full portfolio of insurance products and their applicable scenarios, and elaborated on standardized operating specifications covering the entire process including application submission, credit limit approval and policy management.

Focusing on authentic claim settlement cases, the training thoroughly analyzed key claim handling points, common potential risks, standard documentation requirements and compliance operating criteria. It enabled participants to accurately grasp core risk prevention and control measures as well as practical skills for claim rights protection, thus effectively improving their capacity to address business risks.

This special training has effectively raised the team’s professional proficiency in Sinosure business and awareness of risk prevention. Going forward, our company will implement the standardized procedures and risk control expertise acquired from this training into daily operations. We will continuously optimize the full-process management of credit insurance, mitigate foreign trade operational risks, and support the steady, high-quality development of the company’s overseas business.
